Apple’s Director of Global Privacy just stated: “Facebook executives have made clear their intent is to collect as much data as possible across both first and third party products to develop and monetize detailed profiles of their users, and this disregard for user privacy continues to expand to include more of their products.” 👀 😱
Facebook is a data company masquerading as a social network. 🎭 FB profits by tracking everything its users do – both on its site and off – and then sharing/selling its users’ personal data to FB’s true customers: advertisers, marketers, and politicians. 👎 Hats off to Apple for calling FB out! 🍎 👏
